Form 990 governing body review Part VI line 11	The Form 990 was prepared by the outside accountants. Once completed, the 990 was reviewed simultaneously by both a financial consultant (CPA) and the Executive Director. The Draft Form 990 was then sent to the Organizations Treasurer for review; and a copy of the final 990 was provided to each Board Member before filing.
Conflict of interest policy compliance Part VI line 12c	Following full disclosure of a possible conflict of interest, the Board of Directors determines whether a conflict of interest exists and, if so, the Board votes to authorize or reject the transaction or take any other action deemed necessary to address the conflict and protect JWJs best interests. Both votes must be by a majority vote without counting the vote of any interested Director, even if the disinterested Directors are less than a quorum, provided that at least one consenting Director is disinterested.

Part IX response or note to any line in Part IX	Jobs with justice has a cost sharing agreement with jobs with justice education fund, a 501c(3) organization with which it shares management and common goals, though the two organizations are not related organizations for form 990 purposes. The amount reported on line 24e of part ix is the organizations share of the costs borne by the two organizations in carrying out their work during the year. Included in the cost sharing agreement would be amounts paid for work done by the organizations executive director, who is compensated by jobs with Justice education fund.
