Part IV Line 1	The Organization has an agreement with William Young, Trustee and President, for him to provide a garage necessary to house equipment used by the Organization i.e. mowers, weedeaters, fuel, etc. for an annual fee. The price paid for it is fair market value and it is in a convenient proximity to the Organizations cemeteries. The Trustees have determined this garage is the most appropriate choice given its price and location. Before renewing the agreement, the Trustees will review this agreement annually to make certain it is paying only fair market value for the use of the garage and that it is the best option for the Organization. Mr. Young will not be involved in voting on any renewal of the agreement for thtis garage.
