	Campaign activities were conducted on two bus tours during October 2024 in Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin, and in Florida, Georgia, and North Carolina. The first tour involved approximately 30 volunteer members; the second approximately 15 members. On these tours, the Organization endorsed six candidates for the House of Representatives, two Senators, and the Harris-Walz ticket. During 15 campaign stops, volunteers spoke in favor of positions important to national defense, on the importance of maintaining free and fair elections, and on the need to maintain a strong and robust democracy. Members engaged with local media to highlight how the elections had become a choice between democracy and authoritarianism. Members leveraged the credibility and trust Americans have in former national security leaders to educate the public on the dangers of electing anti-democratic candidates and the importance of electing responsible and reasoned leaders who would protect democratic norms and preserve our nation's global leadership position.

	The Organization ran a robust communications program throughout 2024, including both travel events described previously. The program included funding to assist with research and writing, production of a series of videos to help potential donors/members understand the Organization's mission and issues the Organization promotes; and recruitment of unpaid volunteers to work with Organization members to create OpEds, and talking points for speeches. The communications program supports the Organization's web page and social media activity. The Organization endorsed the Harris/Walz ticket for President with a press release in mid 2024. Volunteers wrote and published over 200 OpEds and appeared over 150 times in various media interviews. The OpEds appeared in some 300 publications.

Form 990, Part III, Line 2	Political campaign activities which included two bus tours of volunteers who traveled through several states in October 2024 to make statements at various political events in favor of continuing traditional alliances, such as NATO, and enforcing the rule of law.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	The Form 990 was reviewed in detail by the Board Treasurer and legal counsel prior to filing and distributed to the entire Board of Directors for informational purposes prior to filing.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c	The conflict of interest policy applies to officers and directors and to any committees to which the directors have delegated authority to bind NSL4A. At the present time we have no standing committees, and the officers and directors have not changed since 2022 and are unpaid as of 12/31/24. The contracts we have awarded in 2024 were contracts for the time and expertise of specific individuals not related to the board/officers for specific expert functions. The conflict of interest policy is reviewed annually by the board in accordance with the Bylaws.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15	The board of directors approves any compensation of board members. During 2024 no board members were compensated.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	Any requests for organization documents were handled by the Board Treasurer, who fulfilled any requests for documents within the requestors timeframe.
Form 990, Part IX, Line 11g	The Organization is largely volunteer driven and as such expertise for the program areas is drawn from consultants with specific areas in which expertise is needed at different times during the fiscal year. This is the most cost-effective way to run the Organization. These consultants included public relations, communications, video production, researchers, and writers.
