Upon receiving a letter of inquiry, Foundation staff may invite the submission of a full proposal. All proposals are invitation-only and will be submitted using the Foundation's online portal, Foundant. A proposal should include the following information: background and objectives of the project, methods to be used in carrying it out, detailed budget for the proposed project, organization's annual budget, and other information, as applicable. Proposals are reviewed by Foundation staff and acted on by the board of directors at regular meetings; select proposals for amounts of up to $50,000 may be approved by the Foundation President without board authorization.
