	Members activities and services- all members have access to a variety of services and activities, including the annual convention, educational programs, assistance with license renewals, the annual meeting, amoung others. The Annual Meeting for the Year 2024 was held on April 20, 2024. From December 13 though 15th, 2024, the 23th Annual Convention took placed in the Puerto Rico Convention Center, welcoming all members to participate in professional activites.

	Medical education courses and conferences- a variety of CPE courses, both in person and online, are offered to members to enhance their professional knowledge and skills. These CPE courses also assist members in fulfilling the medical education hours required for the renewal of their professional licenses. Additional, during the year 2024, an 8-hrs conference on Cancer for Primary Physician was held on October 5 and 20 hrs in educational courses were offered as part of the organization Annual Meeting, held December 13-15, 2024.

Foundation of PR College of Physicians and Surgeons-	The foundation is a non-for-profit organization under Section 1101 (5) of the Puerto Rico Revenue Code. The foundation was created by Act 77 of 1994 with the purpose of managing the funds used for the community services of PRCPS.
Members and Family Assistant Trust-	The trust was created with the purpose of generating and administrating funds for the implementation of assistance programs for members and their families with proven great needs, such as disability, illness, etc. A social worker evaluates the evidence provided in each case, and if the evidence supports the subsidy request, the case is submitted to the governing board of the trust for final approval. Any subsidy request approved is paid to a third party, such as a hospital, physician, clinic, etc. No direct payment can be issued directly to the affected member or family member. There is a $5,000 limit per member.
