Explanation:

We apologize for the delay in filing our return! We typically file an extension request & thought a filing extension was submitted in April 2025. However, we couldn't find any record supporting an electronic or manual request. We contacted the IRS Non-Profit team on 9/17/2025 when we couldn't find any documentation for an extension request. They advised no extension request was received & it was too late to file one. They recommended getting our return filed as quickly as possible & we worked to complete the filing as soon as possible before the planned 11/15/2025 extension deadline.
