	This was an extensive public education campaign done in coordination with our longtime partners Food and Water Watch with whom we have often lobbied alongside on environmental issues calling upon Governor Newsom and California authorities to shut down the Aliso Canyon underground storage facility. This facility had been the site of one of the largest methane gas leaks in recorded history in late 2015. In late 2024 a deadline approached for a decision to ve made about the futiure of the facility.

	This was another public education campaign pertaining to state policy. In this case the focus was in Illinois. We partnered with the National Black Empowerment Action Fund to build a campaign calling on Governor Pritzker to increase economic and education opportunities for Black communities in Illinois.

	This was another partnership with Food and Water Watch again focused on shutting down the controversial Alsio Canyon underground storage facility. This project involved contacting members of Food and Water Watch and Progressives for Democracy in America as well as citizens living close to the Also Canyon facility via direct phone calls and emails to encourage them to contact elected officials and local authorities an advoicate for closing the Alsio Canyon facility.

	We paid out every cent we received for the two political ad buys we helped purchase see the reporting in Schedule C amounting to $333500. We also had over $120,000 in program service expenditures most of which was spent on achieving the progressive Central conference in Chicago in August 2024.

Part III, line 2	Progressives for Democracuy in America greatly expanded its operations in 2024 from 2023. This was due to three things: first and foremost by the planning for and achievement of a large conference event Progressive Central that took place the week of the Democratic Convention in Chicago and was hosted at the Chicago Teachers Union secondly by a greater degree of public advocacy which was concentrated in efforts in two state California an Illinois both efforts were not related to electoral politics at all an dfinally by a slightly greater degree of engagement with voter registration and electoral politics.
Part VI, Line 6	Yes all people active in a local chapter of Progressives for Democracy in America are considered members. This was roughly 12,500 people across the country by the end of 2024. There are currently no dues for members. We have no stockholders.
Part VI, Line 11b	We will do so at the next Board meeting which is scheduled to take place in the next 45 days.
Part VI, Line 15	It is understood that the Executive Director is not to take compensation above $99,000.00

Part VI Line 8	\| Explanation:\| Per line 8a and 8b: All of the notes from our Board meetings are available upon request to Alan Minsky at his contact info aminsky65@hotmail.com and 818-749-9497 and upon request to the email address info@p4da.org; there have yet to be any meetings of any subcommittees that have assumed any of the responsibilities of the Board so asking for the notes for the Boiard meeting would cover everything.
Part VI General	\| Explanation:\| Our chapter bylaws are simple: our member meet to discuss local and national politics and how they can increase civic and political participation with a goal of strengthening American democracy and creating a more just and equitable society. Chapters are expected to meet at least four times a year either in person or digitally. We have both local and statewide chapters.
