	Member Services - TABA provides monitoring and advising service to over 600 members regarding recent regulations. Many events take place during the year for members, including membership celebration parties. Members have the opportunity to give back within their community by participating in service events such as Salvation Army bell ringing and a toy drive for Toys-for-Tots.

	Parade of Homes - The 2024 Parade of Homes featured 29 newly constructed homes in the Smith and Cherokee County Areas. A portion of the ticket sales was donated to Kingdom Life Academy, and North Tyler Academy.

	Education Courses - In 2024, TABA hosted a variety of educational events. The COT Building Services Department hosts 4 yearly Lunch & Learn events for updates and education on the building codes.
