	CONVENTIONS & SYMPOSIUMS: In 2024, the Association had in-person Spring and Fall conventions/symposium and in order to promote professional competence through seminars, speakers, forum groups, and networking sessions. The Spring convention had 216 attendees and the Fall convention and symposium had 206 attendees.
