What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? Primary Purpose: Organize and conduct cross-country ski trips, clinics and general activities for members and guests. Secondary purpose: Collect and distribute donations for outdoor related activity-related organizations and charities.

28 The Nordic Ski Club of Milwaukee conducted 3 cross-country ski trips to northern Wisconsin, and Michigan. Form 990-EZ, Part I, Line 10 The Nordic Ski Club of Milwaukee made donations totaling $1,600 to the following 501(c)(3) organizations who promote cross-country skiing; Anderson Bluff & River Trail Foundation Inc ($200), Friends of Valley Spur ($450), Swedetown Trails Club ($450), Hancock Trails Club (DBA Keweenaw Nordic Ski Club)($400), and WI Nordic Network ($100).
Form 990-EZ, Part I, Line 16 The club mainly conducts cross-country ski trips for its members; and the bulk of the Club's income is offset by the cost of the trips. This year, 3 trips were made, with trip income totaling $42,025. Expenses for the club were as follows: $41,455 trip expenses, $422 food and misc. expenses for local meetings, $169 for 1 Zoom Pro accounts. $1,380 miscellaneous office expenses (bank fees, website fee, postage, checks, supplies, etc.). Appreciation gifts totaling $875 were distributed as follows; 3 leaders on overnight trips received $175 each, 7 members received $50 for leading other events.
