What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? Local 190 provides and assigns appropriately skilled technical and general stagehand labor from an overall pool of approximately 550 referents to entrepreneurial and venue clients needing such workers in order for (Continued on Schedule O Statement 3)
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 Local 190 provides and assigns appropriately skilled technical and general stagehand labor from an overall pool of approximately 550 referents to entrepreneurial and venue clients needing such workers in order for their concert, theatre and convention events to safely, effectively and economically happen. In Year 2024 stagehands were supplied to seven (7) employer clients for production of over 400 entertainment/convention shows/events that overall served approximately 1.25 million community attendees.

Form 990-EZ, Part IV Pages 3 of 6 & 4 of 6 of our DOL LM-3 Year 2024 Report provides full listing of all officers and officer changes for year 2024. As well as an Officer Roster document. The referenced allowances provided (column (E) are member dues paid for the officer by Local 190 and no other monies/benefits are provided to any of these officers except for the Business Agent, as indicated on (column C) and page 3 of 6 of the LM-3. The average hours worked per week by the Business Agent is guesstimated at 40, 10 hours per week for the Secretary-Treasurer and 1-3 hours for all other officers. A copy of our DOL LM-3 is available upon request or viewable on the DOL website.
