Members or stockholder classes and rights Part VI line 6	There is only one class of member. All members hold the right to vote at the member meetings. Each member is entitled to one vote. New members are voted on at member meetings.
Member election for additional members Part VI line 7a	Members nominate individuals as new member candidates. Candidates are reviewed and submitted to the membership for a vote to elect new members.
Governing body decisions Part VI line 7b	The membership elects a board of trustees and officers for the purpose of making the day to day decisions of the Organization. The Board of Trustees meets monthly. Each board member is entitles to one vote.
Form 990 governing body review Part VI line 11	The completed Form 990 is deliverd to all members of the governing body one week prior to the Organizations filing. The Treasurer reviews the document with the governing body and answers any questions. This is completed prior to the filing of the Form 990 with the Internal Revenue Services.
Conflict of interest policy compliance Part VI line 12c	The statutes of the National Organization states that no member of the Baord of Trustees shall have an interest directly or indirectly in any purchase. It is further stated that no lodge officer shall simultaneously occupy another position in the lodge, whether as a paid employee or otherwise, when the relationship between the lodge office held and the other position occupied is such as to give rise to apparent, potential, or actual conflict of interest.
