In late 2023 the Co-Trustees determined to liquidate the Trust by increasing the size of the distributions to charitable organizations. All distributions made in partial liquidation of the Trust in 2025 are reflected in the financial statement Part XIV hereof. The Trust is supervised by the District of Columbia Superior court. Only about $18,000 in assets remain in the trust. The Co-Trustees filed a Petition with the Court to terminate its supervision of the Trust so that the Co-Trustees could liquidate the Trust by paying the final investment Tax. bond fees court costs and trustees fees with an remaining funds being paid to a local charity.
