Part VI, Section B, Line 1 The executive committee working closely with members is actively engaged in voting on financial expenditures. They also play a pivotal role in establishing operational guidelines for the Post including decisions on pricing at the cocktail lounge setting operating hours determining staff compensation and overseeing daily management. Furthermore the governing body represented by Post members participates in voting on a range of policy issues to uphold transparency and promote a democratic decision-making process within the organization. This collaborative approach ensures that the Posts operations align with the collective vision and values of its members fostering a sense of ownership and participation among the community.
Part VI, Line 6 Our members are those who joined the Veterans of Foreign Wars and are elected to become members of this Post.
Part VI, Line 7a Members are charted to vote on monetary expenditures and annually vote for the governing body of the Post per the mandates of the National VFW. .
Part VI, Line 7b Monetary expendutures are per vote of the membership at a regularly scheduled business meeting or special meeting called for the stated purpose.
