What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? Association exemption exists per the County Code for education purposes as a governmental agency of elected county treasurers throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 Held annual 4 - day convention in 2023 in Harrisburg PA with counties represented by 53 treasurers and deputy treasurers with a total guests of 67 people. Also held spring and fall seminars in State College with 40 counties attending. Met with PA agencies, Game & Fish, Dog Law Bureau and reviewed legislation affecting our elected offices.

Total association guest was 81 and 38 financial services vendors and providers also in attendance. Two seminars were held in State College. The Association met with the PA agencies, Game Commission, Fish & Boat Commission and the Bureau of Dog Law Enforcement. Legislations was reviewed along with any new regulations that effect the county treasurers' office across the commonwealth.
