Briefly describe the organization’s mission: As a mutual water company operating solely for the purpose of delivering water to its shareholders, HVWC maintains wells, lines, pumps and all other facilities required to deliver water to its shareholders.

	The HVWC's purpose of delivering water to its 256 shareholders was acheived. Maintaining the systems facilities is integral to the shareholders receipt of water. The system required maintenance and upgrades cost of $47,487 this year.

	The HVWC's purpose of delivering water to its 256 shareholders was acheived. In order to do so we purchase most of our water from other companies and have shares in Weber Basin water that we pay for annually. This year we spent $105,634 on water purchase expenses.

	HVWC has spent the past couple of years undergoing a major infrastructure upgrade project replacing most of our main distribution lines.
