Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	All public documents are available to the membership for viewing at the Fire Station. Board Members are provided and review financial statements on a monthly basis at the monthly Board meeting and review the completed Form 990 document after submission and approval.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15	All salaries and wages are reviewed by the full Board of Directors during the annual budgeting process. After review and approval of the Board of Directors all salaries and wages are placed in the Annual Budget which is voted on by the full membership at the Annual Membership Meeting.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 18	All covered documents are made available for public viewing at the Fire Station. Board minutes and Financial Statements are available each month at the monthly Board of Directors meeting and thereafter at the Fire Station for public viewing.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	All public documents are available at the Fire Station. Monthly Financial Statements, Board Agenda's, Board Minutes, are available each month at the monthly Board meeting and thereafter at the Fire Station.
