	To assist homeless disabled and homebound veterans and support student veterans. Fundraising and visiting veteran students at the university providing information and snacks. Supporting the local VA Medical Center with Womens Support programs and Homeless Veterans support program.

	Provide assistance and visitation to local and VFW District 11 of Colorado area disabled homebound and needy veterans and their families with food hygiene items coats and other clothing. Also offer support for rental travel and funeral expenses as well as some furniture and handicap equipment. Collect food hygiene items clothing and travel items regularly distributing them to many families up to 40 or 80 during 2025. Funding was provided through fundraising and other donations including food donations for Thanksgiving and Christmas food boxes for needy veterans families with support from the Dept. of Colorado VFW CABA Program. Members travel to deliver items to over 100 families.

Part VI, Line 7a	All members in good standing current dues paid are eligible to nominate and vote for elected officer positions following the Veterans of Foreign Wars of The United States National Bylaws and Manual of Procedures. Appointments to necessary positions are determined by the elected Post Commander.
Part VI, Line 7b	Members in good standing dues current vote on activities and disbursements of funds other than normal expenses utilities maintenance on facilities and supplies required for normal operations in accordance with the Post Department of Colorado and National Bylaws.
Part VI, Line 11b	The 990 form is submitted to the Department of Colorado Veterans of Foreign Wars for verification of proper filing. Post 3981 comprises three Trustees who review all reports with a copy also provided to the post Commander.
Part VI, Line 12c	All officers are required to verify and sign a Conflict of Interest Policy statement in accordance with the Post and Department of Colorado VFW Bylaws. This process is updated annually with the election of new officers.
Part VI, Line 19	It did not make those available to the public only to the members at meetings and in the published minutes of each monthly meeting that are sent to all members via mail or email.
