The governing body is made up by 7 officials elected by the membership and constitute the Executive Board as prescribed by the locals constitution and bylaws.
Part VI, Line 7b	All governing decisions and expenditures by the Executive Board must have prior approval by separate majority vote by the local membership at a regular Local Union meeting as prescribed by the locals constitution and bylaws.
Part VI, Line 11a	All receipts checks and cash disbursements are properly recorded and accounted for in the locals financial records and are open for inspection at all times upon request by the membership or the national officers of our parent Union and Council. The Local utilizes an Audit Committee comprised of at least three members elected by majority vote of all members as prescribed by the locals constitution and bylaws. The Audit Committee will review all financial records annually to include the Department of Labor Organization Annual Report and Internal Revenue Service Form 990 and all supporting schedules and documents. The Audit Committee will produce a committee report and presents it to the membership at the next regular meeting for approval.
Part VI, Line 15	Any expenditure for compensation to the local president and other officers or key employees must have prior approval by the locals membership either as authorized by a budget approved by the local membership or by separate vote by the local membership at a regular meeting.
Part VI, Line 19	All books records of the minutes of meetings and financial accounts shall be open for inspection at all times to the national officers of our parent Unions and accredited representatives of the National Executive Council as well as any duly authorized and accredited representative or any dues paying member of the local upon request as prescribed by the locals constitution and bylaws. In addition Department of Labor Organization Annual Reports and the Internal Revenue Service 990 with supporting schedules and documents are public record.
