What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? The community center serves to enhance the overall well-being and welfare of the residents of Oceanside by providing a diverse range of services and programs tailored to meet the needs of the community.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 365 days rental to US Postal Services for 220 post office boxes for the community of Oceanside, Oregon. Approximately 101 days free of charge for non-profit organizations and local community usage. Approximately 19 days of rental with fees received.
