What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? THE WISCONSIN PROFESSIONAL POLICE ASSOCIATION LOCAL NUMBER 9 LOCAL 9 IS A GROUP OF SWORN EAU CLAIRE CITY POLICE ASSOCIATED WITH WISCONSIN PROFESSIONAL POLICE ASSOCIATION. ONGOING THE LOCAL 9 PROVIDES REPRESENTATION FOR THE PROMOTION OF THE ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL WELFARE OF ITS MEMBERS. IT IS A LABOR ORGANIZATION FORMED FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONDUCTING ACTIVITIES TO IMPROVE WAGES HOURS WORKING CONDITIONS WELFARE AND SAFETY OF LAW ENFORCEMENT INCLUDING CONTRACT NEGOTIATION AND DISCIPLINE REPRESENTATION.
