Part VI, Section B, Line 1	The Board of Directors all have the same voting rights. Board directors are elected by the membership and the board executive committee is voted on by the directors.
Part VI, Line 4	The bylaws were changed to specify that board members and executive committee members are voted in at the annual meeting but assume office the first day of the next calendar year. The immediate past president was also added to the executive committee.
Part VI, Line 6	The organization has voting members made up of dairy processors and allied companies. Members pay membership dues to belong to the organization. Dairy processor members have one vote per company. Other members may serve on advisory committees.
