Part VI, Line 6	The organization is incorporated as a nonstock non-profit corporation. It has members who hold various classes of membership as provided in the organizations by-laws. Those classes are: Junior Range Limited Range Conservation Senior Range and Senior Citizen. All membership classes with the exception of Junior Range and Conservation have full voting rights with regard to the election of the Organizations officers and matters dealing with significant expenditures changes in by-laws and other matters as provided in the Organizations by-laws.
