What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? 6318 Associates holds title and manages the property for the benefit of the Knights of Columbus Council 6318 Our Lady of the Lakes K of C Council 6318 a 501 c 8 a tax exempt fraternal service organization. K of C Council 6318 is a distinct legally entity with its own tax ID 14-1550825. All K of C Council 6318 members in good standing are members in 6318 Associates Inc.

28 6318 Associates maintains a New York State club members liquor license for the sole benefit of K of C Council 6318 members and guests and for K of C Council 6318 charitable fundraising events such as dances fish fry dinners. Church fund raising events such as Beefsteak Dinner and other community fundraising activities.
