Form 990, Part III, Line 4e	For 2025, the credit union did not maintain direct program-level expense accounting by individual service line. Accordingly, program service expenses reported in Part III were allocated from total program service expenses reported in Part IX using reasonable estimates based on relative service complexity, product penetration, and operational activity. The allocation methodology used for 2025 was as follows: Loan Services - 45% ($2,779,121): Assigned the largest share due to underwriting, loan processing, servicing, collections activity, compliance requirements, and overall operational demands associated with consumer lending activities. Checking Account Services - 27% ($1,667,473): Based on member usage levels, transaction volume, debit card access, ACH activity, direct deposit processing, bill pay services, and ongoing account servicing requirements. Savings Account Services - 28% ($1,729,231): Reflects broad member participation in share/savings accounts, dividend processing, statement servicing, and maintenance of core member ownership accounts. Total allocated program service expenses reported in Part III equal total program service expenses reported in Part IX, Column (B), Line 25: $6,175,825.
Form 990, Part V, Line 3b	The credit union did not have any unrelated business income in 2025. All income is derived from standard financial activity.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	Form 990 is presented to the board in CUBoardroom before filing.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15	Compensation for the credit union CEO is determined by the Board of Directors. Compensation for the other Officers and Key Employees is determined by market pricing provided to the credit union by a 3rd party that specializes in determining pay practices and prevalent market trends.
