	VDM has 128 shareholder/members/customers. VDM provides water to our shareholders which is compliant with all state, federal and local regulations. VDM has one purpose which is to provide water to our shareholers. We are a member organization so we do not do fundraising nor have a typical breakdown of functional expenses.
