Part III, line 3	Due to the uncertainties associated with the requested retroactive reinstatement of the Clubs filing status with the Internal Revenue Service the Club did not grant money to The Franklin Noon Rotary Charitable Found-ation in fiscal year 2024. Notice of the approved retroactive reinstatement was not received by the Club prior to July 1 2025. The Club resumed grants to The Franklin Noon Rotary Charitable Foundation in fiscal 2025.

Part VI, Line 11b	The tax return was reviewed and signed by the Club President reviewed by the Franklin Rotary Club at Noon Inc. Finance Committee and was made available to all members of the Governing Body Board prior to its submission.
