	The Corporation owns and maintains the Sigma Chi Fraternity house at 246 S 7th St., Indiana, PA, and pays all utilities, taxes, and insurance. The Corporation collects rents from the members living in the house while they attend university studies, to cover all operating expenses and mortgage payments. The House is maintained with areas for studying and other scholastic activities in order to foster an environment where the students can further their education and academic achievements. The students that rent the living space in the house attend the Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
