	Value: Advocacy: AIA Montana believes values-based advocacy is a responsibility of our organization and critical to the integrity of our profession as architects. We aspire to high ethical and professional standards and strive to act as the unified voice of our membership regarding the regulation, licensing, and legislation that governs our profession. AIA Montana embraces equity, diversity, and inclusion both within our organization and the communities we serve. We contracted a Lobbyist for services during the 2025 Legislative Session in which we monitored bills, surveyed members, met with Legislators and successfully modified a bill.

AIA Montana members strive to have a generational impact on Montana communities through the built environment, actively engaging communities to create meaningful and positive change through design. We organized our annual conference, providing education opportunities for licensure renewal, networking, learning opportunities, etc. In addition we continue to support and strengthen our relationship with Montana State University School of Architecture and the AIAS via scholarships.
