Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 3	The Board of Directors shall have the authority to enter into professional service contracts with the president of the association. Such contracts may be negotiated by the board, with the terms of remuneration determined by a quorum of the board. As such, the board has contracted out for an individual to handle the activities of the organization and report on these activities.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 6	The organization has two classes of members: active and associate. Active members hold valid beverage dispensary, retail package store, hotel, motel or restaurant licenses in the Ketchikan Region of the State of Alaska. Associate members are those businesses that provide goods and services to active members and do not qualify to be voting members.
