	ANCA Capital Gateway Program- The ANCA Capital Gateway Program provides qualified university graduates an opportunity to explore various internships in Washington DC. This program leverages ANCA's long standing relationships in the nation's capital and its experience in the public policy community to help candidates secure an internship or employment that fits their interests and needs. The program also offers short-term housing to certain qualified applicants.

The program helps the ANCA maintain an active, updated website and social media profile; empowers activists to meet their civic responsibilities within the U.S. public policy arena; informs and educates the U.S. foreign policy community and other stakeholders about issues of Concern to Americans of Armenian heritage and promotes Armenian American culture and heritage.

	ANCA Advocacy Program - The ANCA Advocacy Program works with the U.S. Administration, Congressional, state and local officials to advance a broad range of policy priorities of concern to Americans of Armenian heritage and America's broader pro-Armenian community, including: U.S.-Armenia bilateral relations; Artsakh's (Nagorno Karabakh) security and freedom; and, U.S. reaffirmation and support for a just resolution of the Armenian Genocide. Toward this end, the ANCA provides information, research and recommendations - in the form of testimony, position papers, facts sheets, and other formats - in support of its policy priorities. The ANCA endorses candidates, scores legislators, organizes voter registration drives, and distributes candidate questionnaires, Congressional report cards and election guides.

We respectfully request abatement of any penalties related to the late filing of the 990 and the related extension for the tax year 2025. The delay was due to reasonable cause. We are a small non-profit with limited staff. During the filing period, our sole accountant had some medical issues that made it difficult for her to gather all the data needed to meet the filing deadline. We understand the importance of timely filing and have taken steps to prevent this situation from happening again. We will make every effort to remain compliant with our filing obligations and respectfully ask the IRS to consider our history of compliance and the facts surrounding this delay.
