What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? CUMBERLAND RIMS IS A NONPROFIT RISK AND INSURANCE ORGANIZATION THAT FOCUSS ON EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL RELATIONSHIP BUILDING. RIMS MISSION STATEMENT: RIMS THE RISK MANAGEMENT SOCIETY EMPOWERS RISK PROFESSIONALS TO STRENGTHEN ORGANIZATIONAL RESILIENCE BY DRIVING STRATEGIC DECISIONMAKING AND IMPROVING BUSINESS OUTCOMES.
