Form 990 - Organization's Mission	To enhance, unite, encourage, and promote the property management profession for the benefit of industries, institutions, and government. To provide educational and certification programs to enhance the quality of members in the property management profession. To further the knowledge of industry, commercial, institutional and govermnet property management personnel of all types. To encourage the understanding, viewpoints, related siturations and ideas among personnel of government, industry, institutions and the general public. To provide a forum for the exchange of ideas between industry, institutions and government personnel conducive to the establishment of more effective working relationships. To develop effective solutions to property management situations encountered by government, industry, commercial, or institutional personnel. To further the capicity to devise, establish and maintain sound programs and procedures for efficient industrial, commercial, institutional and government property management of all types, and to afford evaluation and incentive to personnel development through appropriate recognition, awards, and credits.
