| Part VI, Line 7a | Each school building elects their representatives to the Executive Council each year any member who is interested in representing their building is allowed to have their name on the ballot for their building rep to join our Executive Council. Then the Executive Council makes decisions on what is important in our district and what we need to focus on. Executive Council takes nominations from all union members for officers positions and the entire union membership votes for those officers. |

The audit committee goes through every deposit made expense paid compares it to what was budgeted and makes sure that all expenses follow the Elk River Education Associations financial policies. The audit is shared with the governing board and must be accepted by the board after review and questions. Our audit is also sent on to the Education Minnesota for them to review each year as well. The audit information is then used to complete this tax form. All financial forms are available for the governing board and our entire union membership at their request as well. |
| Part VI, Line 12c | Enforcement of Conflicts Policy Officers directors and key employees review this policy at start of each year and each is asked if they have any conflicts or potential conflicts to disclose. If so they are asked to identify them in detail. |
