Return Reference Explanation
Schedule N, Part I, Line 3 MRCC expended its remaining assets, totaling approximately $2,500, on legal, administrative, and filing fees associated with the formal dissolution of the organization. As a result, MRCC will have no remaining funds or property following dissolution. After completing its initial mission goals and reassessing the long-term sustainability of the organization, the Directors of MRCC determined that it was no longer in the best interest of the organization to continue operations. On January 13, 2025, the Directors of MRCC enacted a resolution to dissolve the corporation by unanimous vote of the Directors. The bank account associated with MRCC's EIN has been closed, and all remaining funds have been or will be applied to dissolution-related expenses.
