What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? To gain information regarding the activities of utility service companies, particularly as same affects rates of customers; to keep apprised of impending changes regarding expected rates and other matters regarding utility companies; to see ways to reduce costs; to share mutually beneficial information regarding efforts to reduce costs; and for all of these purposes to serve the purpose of education of the members of the corporation in those regards.
