	The VFW Post also hosts annual events for Militray families and the community by sponsoring an Easter Egg hunt for Children in April. The Post provides a Cabbage and Ham lunch for all the families after the event. The Post also sponsors an annual Veterans Appreciation Day and provides food and entertainment. The Delaware County Military and Veterans Affairs also provides services to Veterans. The Post also hosts an annual Trunk or Treat for children of veterans and the community. The Post delivers 50 turkeys to Fort Dix Food Pantry at Thanksgiving. The Post also sponsors an annual Christmas Party and gives candy to chidren of the local community and donates gifts to the Toys for Tots Foundation.

The Post also co-sponsors an annual golf outing for 3 Marines who were killed in Afghanistan every summer.
