Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 15	The Executive Committee discusses annually the compensation of the director, and they approve any changes made to the compensation of the director. The Executive Committee discusses annually the compensation of the employees, and they approve in total any changes made to their compensation. The Executive Director then takes that approved amount and divides it out by the employees.
