Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 1a	The governing body of the Conference shall be the Executive Board. The Executive Board shall have the supervision, control and direction of the affairs of the Conference,including determining its policies, actively prosecuting its objectives, supervising the disbursement of its funds, adopting such rules and regulations for the conduct of its business as shall be deemed advisable, and delegating certain of its authority and responsibility to the committee members.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11b	A copy of the tax Form 990 will be electronically sent to all the board members prior to being filed.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 12c	The organization requests disclosure each month at their board meeting. If a conflict is disclosed, the member does not participate in the discussion or vote.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, line 19	The governing documents, conflict of interest policy, and financial statements are available to the public upon request.
