Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	In June of each year the membership nominates and elects the officers for the next fiscal year.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7b	In May of each year an annual budget for the next fiscal year is presented to the membership as a first reading at the General business meeting. In June it is read again and after discussion from the floor it is voted on for approval. Approval requires a simple majority of those present to pass. Any charitable requests greater than $500.00 that subsequently occur after the budget is passed are also required to have 2 readings and the approval of a simple majority of the membership present at the 2nd reading.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	Once the draft is completed by the person filing the 990, a copy is given to each of the voting officers to look at for review. They are requested to examine the entire form and bring up any questions they have about any portion of it. All concerns are resolved before final submission of the form.
