Due to the unforeseen turnover within the organization information was not passed on appropriately. We have all new people now and it was believed that the organization was dissolved. Upon further investigation it was not dissolved through the IRS only internally. So until recently it was unknown that the association was still in good standing and returns had not been filed. We have recently re-organized the Ambulance Association and wish to continue.
