What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? Pleasure/Recreation/Hobby/Social Club
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 Club has 22 classes offered, plus several specialty classes in our Metal Shop class. Classes are held weekly in references to rock, gems and minerals. Members receive instruction from a raw product to a finished piece of jewelry, art, tool. etc. Club furnishes all equipment and tools needed. All instructors and members are volunteers. 8110 participants this season.

29 Throughout the season (Oct.- Mar.) the Club offers several events for club members to participate in. The biggest event being Pow Wow, a very large gem & mineral show. We also offer a Club Store, where members can buy T-shirts, patches, pins, etc. Then of course, we have our 2 big dinners and cookouts, added three BBQ's this season also, along with cookies & coffee after every meeting. Approximately 6488 participants. No way to keep an exact count on this.

30 Club offers free guided rock hounding trips for the purpose of rock and mineral collecting, from the end of Oct. through March. Members are provided back-round information for collecting and identifying specimens. Club also offers site seeing trips out into the desert by ATVs and side-by-sides to learn more about the desert and how plants and animals survive in the desert of Arizona. To see animals that live here, old mining techniques, along with the old mines and to visit old cabins and mines of yesteryear. All guides are volunteers. 499 Participants on the rock trips. Only 90 on the ATV trips.

Form 990-EZ, Part I, Line 16 Cost of running program services (classes), advertising, state highway clean-up services we perform twice a season and two holiday dinners, plus 4 cookouts provided to club members. The cookout held in March is a community service of cleaning the city park. We also participated in 2 holiday parades with well decorated floats.
