	The USAF Thunderbird Association hosted a bi annual reunion in June 2025 in Dayton Ohio. This is always our top priority to host a reunion event every two years. There were approximately 300 attendees. Attendees are charged for the various hosted event and no revenue is generated.

	At various show sites, the Thunderbird Association provides lunch and/or dinner for the team or coordinates food donations from various local vendors.

Return Reference	Explanation
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	The Thunderbird Association consists of approximately 2840 current living members. These consist of former USAF Thunderbirds from the team's inception in 1953 to current. The Association also includes a limited numbe of Honorary Thunderbirds who have supported the current team and the Association.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	The Thunderbird Association, in accordance with its By Laws holds elections every two years to elect new board membes. Board members, which currently consist of 11 members and 4 officers; Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer. The term for members is four years so there is an overlap of half the board every two years.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	When we accomplish our Form 990 annually, the four officers of the board review the 990, and at our monthly meetings we brief other board members. The past seven years of Tax forms and Form 990s are kept on a share drive and available to any Thunderbird Association member for viewing.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15	The Thunderbird Association Board of Directors meets and determines the compensation for our Executive Director. We updated her pay compensation six years ago and it has currently stayed consistent since then. We compensate our Executive Director for a 20 hour work week.
