Form 990, Part XI, Line 8- Prior Period Adjustment A prior period adjustment was recorded to correct historical discrepancies resulting from bank accounts not being properly reconciled in prior years. As part of the transition to a new bookkeeping system, cash and investment account balances were aligned to their actual amounts. This adjustment was made directly to the balance sheet to ensure accuracy while preserving the integrity of the current period profit and loss statement.
