What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? YELLOWSTONE RECREATION ASSOCIATION IS A PRIVATE LAKE MADE UP OF 60 MEMBERS THAT PAY DUES TO A DITCH COMPANY FOR OUR YEARLY MEMBERSHIP. OUR PRIMARY EXEMPT PURPOSE IS TO BE ABLE KEEP MEMBERSHIP DUES, LAKE UPKEEP, AND RECREATION EXSPENSES STRICKLY ON A FUNDS IN AND A FUNDS OUT BASIS. WITH THIS THERE IS NO PROFIT.
