Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 6 Pursuant to the Bouchercon by-laws, Full-time registered attendees and Guests of Honor of each Annual Convention constitute the membership of Bouchercon from the beginning of each year's convention until the beginning of the following year's convention.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 7a Pursuant to the Bouchercon by-laws, General Members meet at the General Members Meeting held during each Annual Convention. A simple majority of General Members present and voting at the General Members Meeting is necessary to elect members of the Board.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 7b Pursuant to the Bouchercon by-laws, a two-thirds' majority of General Members present and voting at the General Members Meeting is necessary to approve and adopt amendments to the Bylaws and Standing Rules.
