Part VI, Line 6	The organization is a Texas nonprofit nonstock corporation with four classes of membership: Direct Members Associate Members Affiliate Members and Honorary Members. Direct Members in good standing are entitled to vote on matters submitted to the membership including election of directors and officers with one vote per Direct Member. Other membership classes may participate in meetings but do not have voting rights unless otherwise provided in the bylaws.
Part VI, Line 7a	The organization has members. Under the bylaws Direct Members in good standing have the right to vote and elect members of the governing body at annual or duly called meetings. Each eligible Direct Member has one vote.
