What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? The Belmont Ruritan Club is a community service organization. We provide $12,000 in educational grants to 6 seniors from the 3 surrounding county high schools. We also support Wreaths Across America, Hunter for the Hungry, St. Judes Childrens Hospital, SAWs ( Servants At Work ) who build wheel chair ramps free of charge for the needy. We also work with the Belmont Club of Women to maintain the Belmont Community Center which serves the community for WiFi, a library, a polling station, a church, and other community functions.
