| Form 990-EZ, Part II, Line 23 | values are assessed property values obtained from the records Huntingdon County Pa obtained at the county courthouse. In some prior years the Lions club used an accountant to file our returns. He probably used an alternative evaluation method. The accountant did not file this return, hence differing evaluations methods produce different results. Could use more guidance on how to best calculate current land & property values and consequently amending this return. |
