THE FOUNDATION ALSO OPERATES WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF ADVANCING GENERAL KNOWLEDGE OF RELATED TOPICS, INCLUDING EDUCATION AND POPULAR INSTRUCTION. THE MUSEUM SEEKS TO INSPIRE APPRECIATION FOR ITS PORTFOLIO OF DISPLAYED ITEMS, INCLUDING THE HUMAN CRAFTSMANSHIP GIVING RISE TO SAME, WHILE CONCURRENTLY HONORING THE VISION OF ITS FOUNDER, JAMES J.
